My name is Jennifer Royce. I have lived in Auburn for most of my life. I have three children, all whom have had the opportunity to attend Bowman School. When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors.

I have been teaching first grade at Bowman School since 2007. Prior to teaching, I worked as an instructional assistant in Bowman School's Kindergarten from 2005-2007.

I graduated from California State University, Sacramento, in 1993, receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. After getting married and starting my family, I chose to work at home until 2005. At that time I began working on my teaching credential, while working as an instructional assistant. I received my Teaching Credential from National University.

My goal is to share my passion for learning with my students each and every day. As a first grade teacher I get to experience such amazing growth! Teaching my students to read, challenging those who already know how, and fostering all of my students to achieve their academic potential brings me great joy!

I am very proud to be part of Bowman's community; previously as a parent, and currently as a teacher.
